We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will help us expand our client base and build long-term partnerships.
You will be the face of adapt-e when reaching out to potential clients and shaping business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Present company’s offer and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends and discover opportunities
- Support marketing and sales initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude
- Ability to present technical solutions in an understandable way
- Fluency in Polish and English
Nice to have
- Network in technology/engineering sectors
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with international clients
- Background in IT, electronics, or engineering
